Who hasn't heard of the famous rhubarb wine? There are many ancestral recipes for this traditional product. The Rhubilor team has based its three types of wine on one of these recipes. The "dry", with no residue, is described as a gourmet wine, distinguished by its character. The "moelleux" is subtle and fruity. Finally, the "pétillant" reveals a more explosive side between acidity, mellowness and rhubarb perfume. These different wines are monitored and analyzed by a ?nologist. They are pressed in Chambrey and vinified in Dieuze. Drink in moderation: alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health
