Fromages l'entre-deux
Description
We invite you to discover Les Fromages de Clarmontine, cheese made with raw cow’s milk, created from a rediscovered recipe found in a 15th century manuscript. Our natural products, made by hand, will surprise your taste buds with the subtle spicy and fruity savors.
You can visit the farm, the processing plant, and have a tasting of our different varieties of cheese from 6pm to 8pm every day or by reservation outside these hours.
Groups are welcome.
