Description
In the heart of the village of Gamarde les bains, 17 km from Dax, the Labadie family has been running the family estate for several generations. Take the green path to arrive at the farm of Lagraulet, typical of the Chalosse region. Alain and Rachel Labadie feed their fattened ducks with corn grown on the 50 hectares of their farm
They take you to discover their artisanal foie gras workshop. Enjoy the tasting as the products offered by the Lagraulet farm offer you all the flavours of duck, foie gras, aiguillettes, candied gizzards, stuffed neck or rillettes. Rachel prepares a gourmet basket for you before you set off again to visit the arenas of Gamarde-les-Bains... or those of Dax.
