Source and dam of Arbois

The Arbois dam completes the hydroelectric system of the Bourne valley. It supplies the Bournillon power station via a 430 meter penstock. The drop height is 90 meters for a production power of 24 GWh / year (the equivalent in consumption of a city of 11,000 inhabitants).The source of Arbois (the largest in the Vercors by its flow) is the permanent karstic emergence of the Arbois-Bournillon network.
