Description
Antoine offers you eggs from hens raised in the open air in movable huts, and fed with a cereal crushed that he grows or buys from his neighboring farmers. The hens are raised on a 6 hectare run, 3 of which are in walnut trees, ideal for the hens to enjoy a nice shade in summer but also for the walnut trees to benefit from an excellent natural fertilization. He also offers walnuts. He also transforms on the farm the hens in rillettes with duck fat or pig fat, in confits of hens with duck fat and confit gizzards.
