Domaine Emilien Jean
Description
The estate is located on the slopes of the left bank of the Garonne in the commune of Cocumont, in the Côtes du Marmandais appellation.
It comprises 5 ha of old vines over 30 years old, planted with Malbec, Cabernet-Franc, Abouriou and Merlot for the reds, and Sauvignon Blanc for the whites.
The terroirs are clay-gravel and clay-limestone.
Since 2016, the vines have been cultivated organically. Respect for the soil and biodiversity enable us to produce quality grapes. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand.
The estate's aim is to maintain maximum freshness and tension in its wines, representative of the terroir.
