Paul welcomes you, all year long, in his oyster shack, located at the bottom of the oyster village of Petit Piquey on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula.
Tasting at the hut: accompanied by lemon, butter bread and served with a glass of fresh white wine of Bordeaux, the oyster exalts all the flavours!
