Silenrieux brewery

Buckwheat, spelt and the desire to make a pure beer, entirely natural and organic – this is the objective sought by the Silenrieux brewery since 1991. To savour its beers is to discover new tasting sensations.

This is an old railway building converted into a tasting centre for special beers and regional products, a show-case and shop where farmers can display and sell their produce, and a brewery. Beers produced: Sara (amber), Joseph (blonde: spelt wheat beer with exclusive fruitiness), Sarrasin Biologique (blonde), Pavée de l'Ours (blonde with honey).
