Jean welcomes you, from April to October, in his oyster shack, located at the end of the oyster farming village of Petit Piquey on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula
Tasting at the hut: accompanied by lemon, bread butter and served with a glass of fresh white wine of Bordeaux, the oyster exalts all the flavours!
