Family dairy farm, with simmental cows and Manech ewes. Yogurts (firm, Greek-style, drinkable?) with natural extracts or essential oils. Creamery (butter, cream). Dairy and pastry sweets (egg creams, rice pudding, cheesecake, flan, cannelés, etc.), ripened and fresh cheeses.
Farm sales: Sunday mornings between 10am and 12pm.
Amap sales: at Locaux'motiv (Chauffour) on Friday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm every 15 days
Markets (Argentat, Tulle and Mauriac) and organic fairs.
