

Handmade jams, jellies, sweet preparations & chutneys in small quantities in Creuse, France
We process the fruit we grow or pick in St Georges la Pouge & the surrounding gardens, depending on the season. Fruits are processed immediately after picking to preserve their flavor.
We don't use industrial pectin for our jams. We make it from our own apples. Small quantities are cooked in copper basins. Many of our jams are double-cooked. Jars are filled by hand.
Only the oranges come from Spain & the apricots from Mont Ventoux. The vegetables for our chutneys are grown in our own field by the market gardeners of Donzeil & Banize. Our small-scale production respects biodiversity. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used.
