Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay took over the Château de Vaux estate in 1999, and 10 years later they converted the entire vineyard to Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic farming. Their wines are produced on 14 hectares of hillsides overlooking the Moselle River. Until 2019, they will vinify their production in the beautiful cellars of a 13th-century château, but it is now at La Villa Chazelles that the estate's nectars are produced. Formerly a military winery, the building has since returned to its winegrowing past.
