Description

Mr. Baumaux is a baker, pastrychef and chocolate maker who offers his customers the town's speciality products - "baisers de Dagobert" (a combination of an orange liqueur sweet, bitter chocolate and white chocolate flakes) and "crottes de Satan" (a delicious combination of a whole almond coated in fondant chocolate and covered with icing sugar).
Other branded products sold here include "Les Délicieuses" and his "Cochon" biscuits.
