
At the Mon Cochon farm, Pierre raises pigs, Fabienne cooks them... Our life is the breeding of pigs and chickens. Passionate, proud of our animals, we produce ourselves the cereals and the corn necessary to their food. Our food is elaborated by us in an EEC approved laboratory near Castillonnès. Our recipes are those of our grandmothers, who started selling charcuterie on the farm more than twenty years ago. No preservatives are used, only salt, pepper and our know-how guarantee the quality of our products! Our sausages dry in about 3 to 5 weeks, the sausages in 6 to 8 weeks and the hams remain more than 12 months in the dryer, depending on their weight.
