
Wishing to revive its brewing past, the municipality launched a brewery project at the end of 2012.
It proceeded with the construction of the building that would house both the Ayotte producers' shop and the future brewery. The Brasserie d'Ay has been in operation since May 2015. It produces beers (white, blonde, amber, brown, smoked black, amber and spices) and lemonade. It is managed for 60% by Noble Corporate Mr Jacquet and for 40% by the Association Le Renouveau Brassicole.
