We are brother and sister, François and Florence, settled on the family farm in the commune of Poey d'Oloron.
Specialized in the breeding of ducks fattened with whole grain corn, without antibiotics, we propose you our various products based on ducks.
Our preserves and fresh products are processed and packaged without preservatives and additives in our laboratory on the farm.
You can find whole foies gras, confits, pâtés, stuffed necks and rillettes as well as fresh products such as duck breasts, roasted ducks with Espelette pepper or whole ducks or cut to order.
We welcome you on the spot (call before coming) or at the Borderouge farm market on Saturday morning.
