Description
On a family farm of 130 ha, the farm breeds, feeds and processes fattened ducks. It produces its own cereals and corn to feed its poultry until adulthood. It also owns plum trees.
It offers foie gras in verrine, pure duck pâtés, rillettes, confits, other duck-based cooked products and fresh products from November to March.
