SCEA Monestier La Tour
Description
Located in the village of Monestier, Chateau Monestier La Tour cultivates 30 hectares of vines. We produce red wines under AOP Bergerac, Côtes de Bergerac, dry white wines, rosés and a sweet wine under AOP Saussignac.
Since June 2016, Château Monestier La Tour has benefited from a new vat room, new storage buildings and a reception area for the public. Beyond this restructuring, it is above all the new cultivation practices that are the real revolution, indeed the vineyard is certified organic since 2018 and bio dynamic on the advice of Derenoncourt consultants. The culture appears to be more respectful of the terroir and the environment, fundamental ideas of the owner.
