Moulin de repassat
Description
The farm and the remains of the Labat family's Mill are located in the commune of Montpezat, in the small valley of the Bausse on land formerly attached to the disappeared Abbey of Pérignac where Cistercian monks cultivated vines as early as the 12th century.
The Labat family cultivates 6 hectares of vines and produces its wines on the farm in a qualitative approach with grapes coming exclusively from manual harvesting.
