Le Clos Saint-Paul consists of 2 gîtes adjoining the owners' home, with a total capacity of 21 people and a shared swimming pool! Housed in the outbuildings of a Comminge farm converted into a convent in the 20th century, these gîtes have undergone a contemporary renovation and boast views of the Pyrenean foothills and the Pic du Cagire.

In the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, you can enjoy a wide range of activities including hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, cycling over the Tour de France passes, water sports, an adventure park, caving, a swimming lake and golf at Montréjeau, etc. You can also visit the famous sites of the Occitanie region, such as the Cathedral of St Bertrand de Comminges, Saint Just de Valcabrere, Saint Lizier... In Aspet, a lively village just 3.5km away, you'll find all the shops and regional produce you need, 2 markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays, restaurants and the Tourist Office. The ski resort of Le Mourtis, 30 minutes away, offers winter and summer skiing and snowboarding... Saint-Gaudens and Boussens (SNCF stations, Garonne river) are 20km away and Toulouse Blagnac and Ossun Tarbes airports are 80km away.

- First floor: "Red" bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed + child's bed + bathroom with shower + separate WC), "Yellow" bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed + shower room/WC).
- Half landing: separate WC.
- Second floor under the eaves: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) and a small dormitory, ideal for teenagers (3 x 90cm single beds), each with its own shower room.
