Ferme des Plombes - Farm

La ferme des Plombes has been a family farm for several generations. Come and discover our farm products and visit our pretty farmhouse perched high above Xonrupt, with a magnificent view of the Hohneck. We'll give you an insight into rural life, the farm's trades, and its human and economic activities. Reasoned animal husbandry and respect for the environment are our priorities.
Our cheeses are made with milk from cows fed on grass and mountain hay.

Individually or in small groups, with free access during opening hours, you can discover the farm and all its activities: breeding, production, techniques used... You'll be able to experience first-hand what it's like to farm today.
You can see the cheese dairy through picture windows from the store, where you'll find our various products.

We are present at the Gérardmer market every Thursday and Saturday morning.
