Pisciculture de Cerzay

Adrien Millet is a fish farmer in the commune of Assais-les-Jumeaux. He raises trout in his ponds, which are fed by water from the Dive. Some of the trout are released for fishing, while the rest are raised for consumption over a three-year period. The fish are slaughtered, processed and packaged on the farm, a guarantee of quality and freshness. On-site sales at Ferme du Moulin de Cerzay, 12 rue du Moulin, Assais, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The producer is present at the Assais monthly market, every second Friday of the month, from 4pm to 7pm. His products are also on sale at the lépicerie, Place Saint-Pierre in Airvault.
