Description
In the heart of the Basque Country, in Ossès, land of traditions and gastronomic treasures, Laia Chocolate Factory is one of the last artisanal chocolate factories that continues to work the cocoa bean to master all the stages of its transformation into chocolate. Ossès is the second store of the Laia chocolate factory (Baigorri).
An exceptional chocolate is obtained thanks to a series of controlled manufacturing steps. The modification of the parameters of one of these steps has an impact on the final result. Through the choice of raw materials, the rate of incorporation of ingredients, the search for new recipes and the optimization of the parameters of the manufacturing process, we strive to create new chocolate experiences for you.
