Chocolate types : Exported chocolates, pralines and exquisite pastries, chocolaterie productsAt this young chocolatier who is always in search of individual flavours (his salted butter caramel won at the International Chocolate Awards 2015), selections of unheard-of spices or surprising combinations, the word “artisanal” takes on all its meanings.
