Brasserie Clouque
Description
The Clouque brewery is a microbrewery located in Salies de Béarn.
René, the brewer, is a Salisien passionate about what he does and has always been attracted by the kitchen and everything that revolves around it. His creative beers, brewed in small quantities with passion, are there to make you discover a variety of aromas and flavors, with local and quality products.
Why the name Clouque? It's a wink to René's hometown, the Clouque designates the mother hen in Béarnais, the broody hen who spreads her wings to protect her offspring.
Adopting this same shape, the typical Salisienne farmhouse with its architecture reminiscent of the silhouette of the mother hen also bears the name "Clouque".
Guided tour on Fridays at 6:30 pm on reservation. Other days by appointment
