The GAEC de Peyrard produces diversified and seasonal vegetables in organic farming, 32 species of vegetables over the year, that is to say 130 varieties
You will also find vegetable plants from mid May to early June.
We cook vegetables in the collective workshop Bocoloco, and offer for sale the preserves made.
The open field market gardening extends over 3 hectares, including 2500m² of cold greenhouses. A small nursery allows us to produce all our plants; we are present throughout the process: from the sowing of the seed to the sale of vegetables to consumers.
