En plein cœur du petit village de Tancrou, au nord de la Seine-et-Marne, 80 chèvres alpines fournissent jusqu’à 300 litres de lait par jour dans la Ferme familiale de la Vallière. Ici, ce lait d’exception est transformé chaque jour en crottins, buches cendrées, pyramides, tomettes, faisselles, et petits chèvres d’Ile-de-France. Chaque année, ces délices sont récompensés au concours des fromages de chèvre d’Ile-de-France. A déguster d’urgence !
Ventes à la ferme tous les jours, de mars à décembre de 9h à 12h.
Visite libre et gratuite tous les matins de 9 h à 12h.
