Description
Amid the vines of Château Tour Haut Caussan, there is a marvelous windmill built in 17th century : its distinctive characteristic.
Courrian family live in Blaignan-Médoc since 1634 and are owners since 1877. Wine (AOC) is made in oak barrels in a huge cellar. During the tour of barrel cellar, Fabien Courrian tell us the story of the vineyard and explaines you the wine aging characterictics and bottled in the vineyard. But, that’s not all : he explaines how windmill works restored by the Compagnons du devoir in 1981 before finishing with wine tastings.
