Château Carsin

The Berglund family bought the Château Carsin in 1990. Our wine cellar and most of our vines are located in the village Rions.
Nowadays we produce our wine with less technologies et we focus on our soil's features and on the authenticity of our vineyard to get the best of it.

That is why we chose more traditional and conservative practices to produce our wine, for instance working by following the moon and stars rythm.

We also work for the roots of our wines by planting historical Bordeaux grape varieties as Sauvignon Gris, Malbec, Carménère and Petit Verdot, in our vineyard.

Of course, we also grow more typical varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
