



Xabi and Pantxika welcome you to their beautiful Basque-style house in the middle of the fields where the sheep graze. With the help of a photo album, they will show you the different stages of the sheep's cheese making process: from the milking to the production itself. They make their own raw milk ewe's milk cheese on the farm in the traditional way and offer a tasting at the end of the visit. Think of calling before your visit, to be sure of their presence on the farm.
