






Mabel Lestarquit started out as a consumer of spirulina, a plant protein also rich in iron and vitamins.
Then, won over by its nutritional qualities, she wanted to promote this plant-based agriculture by setting up the only spirulina farm in the Deux-Sèvres region in La Crèche in 2018.
Using low-tech production methods, she contributes to the development of agriculture by offering new products.
