Description
On the slopes of Jurançon in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Clos Thou is farmed organically.
Specific grape varieties (petit manseng, gros manseng suitable for passerillage and late harvesting, and forgotten grape varieties: courbu, camaralet), reveal a unique and preserved terroir? the Jurançon poudingues. Under the dual climatic influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees, with an agriculture that respects its terroir, we strive to express the full aromatic potential of these typical Jurançon grape varieties.
