You will be welcomed for a cheese and horse trip.
The goat breeding is traditional, not intensive, and is based on a respectful mode of pastoral operation in the Douze Valley.
On the site also, the mystical Friesian horses will amaze you either during a simple visit, or in discovery during an afternoon...
You can also, by appointment, share a moment during a visit or workshop: discover his breeding philosophy, assist in milking (by hand and mechanically), the daily care of the goats, the work of his dogs bordering the herd, the making of goat cheese and finally taste the various cheeses made with a ladle, with whole raw milk every day.
