Foie gras d'Artigues

Raymond is an artisan specialising in preserves and one who remains faithful to his land and to his ancestral traditions. Raymond prepares quality products of which he is proud and will share with you his ‘know how’ sense of a job well done. All his products come from farms in the south west including whole ‘foie gras’, stuffed duck fillet and duck ‘confit’. His shop in Pomarez in Landes is only 30min from the spa town of Dax.
