Born into a family of pastry chefs, Jean-Emile Schmitt founded Schmitt Chocolatier in 1983. A vocation he now shares with his 3 sons.
Just a stone's throw from Place Stanislas, Nicolas welcomes you to his boutique.
Since 2010, the family's craftsmanship has been rewarded with the Tablette d'or from the Guide des Croqueurs de Chocolat, and three Awards from France's Best Chocolatiers (in 2010, 2015 and 2019).
Among the Best of the Best in the Guide des Croqueurs 2020 Edition.
