Le Safran de Rose offers you a spice that is unexpected in the Corrèze, yet very local!
Located in the heart of the Corrèze countryside, at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches, close to the town of Uzerche, we grow our saffron in the traditional way to preserve an ancestral botanical and culinary heritage.
Our 100% natural saffron delicacies are produced in a traditional, family-run way.
