Le Goûter dans les Chais.
Looking for even more gourmet delights? Are you accompanied by your children? We start with a guided tour of the cellars (with plenty of riddles for the kids to keep the discovery fun), where we present our techniques for working with the vines and our experiments in vinification and ageing. We continue with a wine tasting for the older guests (4 vintages of Château Hourtin-Ducasse, including the en primeur vintage) and grape juice tasting for the younger guests (2 juices made from different grape varieties), around a plate of sweet and savoury cannelés, all homemade. We continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie, and our spirit drink, noGGIN, two lovely fresh drinks, also made from our grapes; just for parents!
