La forge de Beausoleil: the farm as it was in the past!
Come and discover a farm like no other. Here the chickens roam free in the yard, the stables are the same as they were 100 years ago. The cows are milked every day by hand and live their very long life peacefully. On the tasting side, the raw milk cheeses will delight your taste buds: camembert, bousette, crottin, tome de vache type montagne, butter, caillade. Our new farm ice cream made with milk for ice cream and full fruit sorbets.
All our products are sold at the farm, every day from 5 to 7 pm. You can also find us on the market of Excideuil and Payzac. From June to September, upon registration, we organize a special visit from 5pm to 6:30pm (12 people maximum).
