The Montauzer production workshop is located in Bardos, 20 minutes from Bayonne. The shop is open on weekdays all year round and displays its products harmoniously alongside other local products from the Basque Country, Bearn and the Landes
The Montauzer family, which has been working for three generations, makes pâtés, blood sausages, andouilles, sausages and confits, and duck foie gras made from fattened ducks raised in the Landes. Its flagship product, Ibaïama ham, is made in the traditional way of cutting up and salting with Salies de Béarn salt.
