Snail farm: "Les Petits-Gris de Namur"

Since 1987, the Vieux Tilleul farm has specialized in the breeding, production and culinary processing of Petits-Gris snails exclusively marketed under the trademark "Escargots Petits-Gris de Namur®". It is possible to buy snails in many fine grocery stores, as well as snail preparations at the Farm. The Vieux Tilleul farm also produces the traditional crops of the region (wheat and sugar beets) as well as old vegetables such as squash and parsnips.
