In 1988, the artisanal chocolaterie Vanlieff’s began its business at the family home. Martine Vanliefferinge dreamt of connoisseurs coveting the company's treats. Artisans at heart, they are aware that the choice of cocoa beans is a key decision when making high-quality chocolate. With her family supporting her today, she selected Valhrona chocolate, with its independent and respectful culture. And from this know-how came pralines, truffles, filled chocolate sticks, spreads and confectionery. The company has recently started producing jams, biscuits and ice creams.
