The soil, the climate and the people of the Pays d'Auge undoubtedly make up the best possible terroir for cider apples. The apples harvested on the farm are brewed on site to produce the various ciders. The cider to be distilled, once its alcoholic fermentation is complete, is "boiled" on the farm. The alcohol obtained is aged quietly on site, in small oak barrels. We sell on site, direct sales.
