Description

NEWS: Provision of gel to the sales room and respect of the social distance for the visitors.
At the foot of the Pyrenees, on the heights of Oloron Sainte-Marie, our farm is a Basco-Béarnaise ewe farm with cheese production. Today, it has 180 ewes, 40 ewe lambs and 20 Blonde d'Aquitaine cows.
The 24 hectares of the farm are used exclusively for feeding the animals: pasture, forage, corn (1ha).
Our ewes and cows go out every day from February to December. The cows go on transhumance from mid-May to the end of September.
We sell farm cheeses made from pure ewe's milk and mixed cow/ewe's milk cheeses made from raw milk.
