Domaine Bazaillacq
Description
A small estate clinging to the Jurançon hillsides, Domaine Bazaillacq cultivates 4 hectares, including 3 hectares of Petit Manseng and one hectare of Gros Manseng, on steep, south-facing slopes.
Six generations have shaped this place, nourished by authenticity and warmth, in the image of our wine. 80% sweet and 20% dry in the tradition of large-barrel ageing, unique in Jurançon. Very late harvests and successive selections to bring all the grapes to their quintessence.
