Spirulina flakes and tablets
Spirulina is a microalgae that offers us an enormous food potential. I have been growing spirulina since 2019 in 2 basins of 100m2. The harvest is seasonal (from March to October) and takes place in several stages: filtration, pressing, shaping into "spaghetti", drying at low temperature to preserve all its virtues, then grinding to obtain the famous "flakes". Finally, I pack them (100g) in recyclable bags or biodegradable boxes. Once packaged, spirulina can be kept for 2 years.
In the summer with local producers we organise dinner markets followed by a concert. For more information, see my website or the tourist office.
Sale at the farm : all year round by appointment and in July and August, every Thursday at 7pm.
