We work directly with two cocoa origins: a major player in conservation agriculture in Guatemala and a defender of peasant farming in Vietnam.
In our workshop in Seignosse, we work hard to make this cocoa sublime. Roasted, crushed, conched, blended with the finest ingredients and seasoned with a hint of imagination...
These beans, now chocolate, are yours to share - or not!
