Brasserie des Anges
Description
Brasserie des Anges beers are produced using 100% traditional methods. Simple ingredients: water from the Monédières massif, hops, malt, a little yeast... And that's all there is to it! The beers are cooked over a wood fire and fermented in oak barrels. Discover the exceptional flavors of a craft beer brewed with love and passion by Stéphanie.
Visits are by appointment only. They last about 1 hour and are followed by a tasting session. The bar is open every Friday evening.
