At the head of this small business - a SCEA (Société civile d?exploitation agricole) - are the couple Evelyne and Jacky Bauruelle. They embarked on their adventure in 1990 by planting juice apple trees, then switched to organic farming in 1996, expanding and diversifying in the early 2010s, installing greenhouses and growing vegetables, in particular heirloom varieties of tomato and cherry tomato.
