For almost 180 years, Bijou has been renowned for its madeleines and its range of products (cookies, chocolate bars, etc.) made according to traditional family recipes. The company is a specialist in the manufacture and export of its products, delivering them all over France.
To bring you the very best quality, Bijou is committed to controlling its workshops, rigorously selecting its raw materials (100% French wheat flour, fresh eggs collected mainly in the Charente and Vendée regions, etc.), monitoring the control systems in place at every stage of production, keeping storage times as short as possible with rapid dispatch and delivery after each production run, and listening to its customers thanks to its dynamic teams who are always ready to propose new gourmet recipes.
