
Based in Normandy, this family-run farm raises 100% organic Normandy cows. All animals are born and raised on site, fed exclusively on fresh grass or hay. The milk is processed directly on the farm into a wide range of farm products: raw milk, raw cream, raw butter, Camembert de Normandie PDO made with raw milk, yogurts (plain, strawberry, blueberry, 5-fruit), ice creams, as well as homemade confectionery such as fudge (melting caramel) and milk marshmallow.
The farm also offers charcuterie (sausages, andouilles, pâtés, terrines), tinned meat, apple juice and fruit juice. Beef is sold in 10-15 kg packages, by order only.
Products are available for sale at the farm every day of the week, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and are also distributed in organic and producers' stores, such as La Pause Paysanne. You can find the producers at the Vire (Friday morning) and Torigni-sur-Vire (Monday morning) markets.
The farm also welcomes visitors, and has been awarded the Agriculture Biologique, Bienvenue à la Ferme and STG Lait de foin labels. The farm also offers gîte accommodation and milking activities. Group visits are available on request, with tasting included (3 ? per person).
